Welcome to Persian Date, operated by Farah Entertainment (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, our YouTube channel, social media, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By accessing the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have full capacity to agree to these Terms.

  • You may view, stream and share content made available on the Site or via our YouTube channel, subject to these Terms.

  • If you wish to use our content (e.g., for remix, embedding, external publication) you must obtain our prior written consent.

5. User-Generated Content & Comments

  • If you post comments, messages or other content (“User Content”) via the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and adapt that User Content for any purpose.

  • You represent that you own or have rights to the User Content and that its posting does not violate any third-party rights.

  • We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, remove, or edit any User Content, at our sole discretion.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

  • We disclaim all implied warranties, including of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement.

  • We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we, our officers, directors, employees or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Service.

  • Our total liability to you for any claim under these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to access the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or the sum of €100, whichever is greater.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Effective date” at top. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the new Terms, stop using the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

  • Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Amsterdam, and you hereby submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Miscellaneous

  • If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remainder will remain in full force and effect.

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications.

  • No waiver by us of any right or provision shall constitute a waiver of any other right or provision.
